Send us the details about your order including the order number and the reason you are not satisfied in order to be considered for a refund. Items must be in unused condition to qualify for a full refund, otherwise, no refunds, only replacements. Typically we offer a replacement instead of a refund because of processing fees associated with a refund that can not be voided. Refunds can be done after a deduction of the original shipping cost and the transaction fee associated with processing your card. Should you find your product to be unviable or contaminated please contact us and we will send a replacement. We offer a guarantee on products for 30 days after purchase. No returns after 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. $20.00 service charge will be charged on all returned checks.
