Rochelle is co-founder of Soul Dive, a sanctuary for integration and guidance. Born in Mexico City to a bicultural family, Rochelle's journey has been one of profound unlearning and return to essence.
After two decades as a Private Banker and navigating the 2008 financial collapse, Rochelle embarked as an entrepreneur in distressed assets and on an 11-year study of Kabbalah, seeking answers beyond the material world. In 2019, her path deepened through Colombian and Mexican plant medicine traditions, dissolving the structures of her former life, her business, her identity, and initiating a powerful inner transformation.
Through mushrooms and ancestral medicines, Rochelle discovered a fundamental truth: the outer world mirrors our inner landscape. This revelation led her to co-found Souldive, born from her own integration journey and the understanding that while medicine opens doors, the truest magic lives within us.
Today, Rochelle has stepped away from institutional systems, dedicating herself to inner balance as the foundation for outer change. Through Souldive, she guides others in integration work—the sacred practice of weaving medicine wisdom into daily life, where real transformation takes root.
Abuela Jairza
Heal inner divides and rediscover balance
Born in Gacheta, Colombia, within the ancestral lands of the Muisca people, Abuela Jairza is a guardian of ancient wisdom guiding all seekers to reconnect with their sacred feminine essence. She lovingly supports women in embracing their femininity and walks alongside men whose connection to this vital energy has been blocked by societal beliefs or programming, helping them heal their inner divides and rediscover balance.
Raised by grandmothers who taught her to read nature’s language, she creates sacred jewelry and mochilas as acts of meditation, channeling ceremonial visions into every bead and thread. With over twenty-five years of experience with Yagé under Taita Juanito and Abuelo Florito, she invites everyone to recognize the sweetness and wisdom already living within their lineage. Her message is simple: listen to the grandmothers in your home, honor their words, and weave yourself back into the sacred fabric of creation

Plant Medicine Integration - English & Spanish
A Relational Mentor who has walked the path of consciousness and emotional alchemy for 50 years, Paola creates Sacred Spaces that invite deep immersion into Relational Consciousness and the transcendence of Being. She holds degrees in Systems Psychology and an MBA in Organizational Management, along with certifications in Organizational Constellations, Relational Ontological Coaching (ICF-accredited), PSYCH-K®, and Womb Healing. Trained directly with Bert Hellinger in Family Constellations, she weaves ancestral wisdom and the mysteries of the sacred feminine into every container she holds. For over 10 years, Paola has walked in ceremony and study with Taita Juanito from the Inga community, deepening her understanding of traditional medicine knowledge. She is a licensed therapist in Costa Rica and offers individual sessions in Spanish, with Manuel providing translation support for English speakers.
Manuel Gavilán

Manuel's journey weaves together a distinguished communication career with a lifelong quest for authentic masculinity and spiritual awakening, guided by the teachings of masters like G.I. Gurdjieff and Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. He understands the sacred balance between strength and vulnerability, action and contemplation. Professionally initiated in Family and Organizational Constellations, he has served as a guide for transformation processes throughout Costa Rica, trained directly with Bert Hellinger, Sophie Hellinger, and Jan Jacob Stam, and co-organized Latin America's first International Training in Organizational Constellations in 2017. For over 10 years, Manuel has sat in ceremony and studied with Taita Juanito from the Inga community, receiving traditional medicine knowledge passed down through ancestral lineages. He is a licensed therapist in Costa Rica and offers individual sessions in both English and Spanish.
Araceli Velazquez
Integration - English & Spanish
Araceli’s path to plant medicine began through life-changing accidents that redirected her from successful careers in beauty and culinary arts to sacred healing work. Her first Yagé (Colombian Ayahuasca) ceremony in 2018 revealed her calling as a healer and guided her to teachers Mexican Shaman Andres Villa and Colombian Taita Juanito, whom she had seen in visions. Since 2019, she has dedicated herself fully to this work, studying and facilitating ceremonies in Colombia and has hosted ceremonies in Costa Rica. Araceli specializes in integration support and Mexican plant medicines, particularly mushrooms and Bufo, creating compassionate spaces for healing and transformation through her own journey and ceremonial training.
